We aim to ship your orders as quickly as possible while ensuring the highest quality.

• Handcrafted & Made-to-Order Items: Dispatched within 5–7 days, as they are carefully customised by artisans.
• Domestic Shipping (India): Delivered within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
• International Shipping: Delivered within 25–30 days depending on destination.

If you order more than 5 pieces per product per style or if the item is still under production, processing may take longer. In such cases, you will be informed via email.

Cancellations & Returns

• Cancellations accepted only within 24 hours of placing an order.
• No returns or exchanges on made-to-order handcrafted items.
• Only products received in a damaged condition are eligible for replacement.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

All International orders are shipped internationally from our warehouses across India to your provided shipping address via DHL/FEDEX. Due to the nature of international shipping, a customer may occasionally have to pay additional import duties and taxes levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we cannot calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. If additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with DHL/FEDEX to have customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep
